What We Do...

At Suds of Love Truck, our mission is to provide free laundry services and essential hygiene supplies to individuals and families in need throughout southeastern North Carolina. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.

Our mobile laundry truck, Miss Dorothy, brings these services directly into local communities, helping our unhoused neighbors and others in need.

We also provide hygiene kits, donate washer and dryer sets to schools serving students in need, and partner with local agencies to fill gaps in community services.

Every load of laundry and every hygiene item is an opportunity to make life a little easier for someone who needs a helping hand. That's what Suds of Love is all about: Removing Barriers...one wash at a time.

We’ve donated over 40+ washer and dryer sets to schools and shelters in our region. These machines are installed on-site, allowing school staff to wash clothing for students in need. This reduces absenteeism, bullying, and health concerns — while increasing student confidence and readiness to learn.
